      The interview process is well-structured and straightforward: a screening call with HR, a take-home assignment, a technical debrief where the engineering team challenges your architecture, and finally a cultural fit interview. Each step is well-organized and the architectural discussion was genuinely substantive. My one reservation is the honesty of the final outcome. My take-home was described as one of the best they had seen in a while, and I cleared the technical debrief without issue. Therefore it was rejected at the cultural fit stage on grounds vague enough that I couldn't identify what actually disqualified me. I'd rather receive a clear 'no' with real reasons than feedback that feels manufactured. Candidates investing significant time in a take-home deserve transparency at the exit.

      Part of the recruiting process involves completing home assignment. The task is to create a PROTOTYPE of an application that will solve the problem of preparing meals from the given ingredients. The task content states that UI is not important. During the meeting discussing the task, the main attention is paid to UX and even fulfilling additional points, i.e. using react and hosting on fly.io will not change the opinion that you are not suitable. In my opinion most people will just WASTE THEIR TIME by taking part in the recruitment process for this company.
