J'ai été contacté, suite à une candidature sur internet, par mail dans un premier temps, puis par téléphone ou skype si cela est possible. Vous serez interviewé par un team leader du service pour le quel vous aviez postulé et ce dernier va vous poser une série de question sur votre connaissance de l'entreprise, votre motivation, la compréhension de l'activité de l'entreprise et de votre rôle par rapport à cette activité. Ils valideront également un nombre de caractéristique éssentielles au poste.

Erfolgte am Telefon mit einer Person. Vorbereitet wurde ich von Eden recruitment. Das Bewerbungsgespräch erfolgte nachdem ich erfolgreich einen kleinen Onlinetest absolviert hatte. Der erste Teil des Tests bestecht darin die Fehler in einem Text zu finden und die Fehlerhaften Worte mit Fehler in ein Feld unter dem Text einzugeben.
der zweite Teil besteht darin Handschriftliche Adressen abzutippen und zwar so wie sie zu sehen sind.
Unkompliziert und schnell entschlossen. 3 Tage nach dem Gespräch war ich in Dundalk und habe mit dem Training angefangen.

Ob man bereit ist nach Irland zu ziehen. Ob man Erfahrung im Verkauf hat (Hatte ich nicht aber Callcenter Erfahrung hatte ich.).

- You have a first phone call about your motivation
- Then a test on internet to see if you are fluent in your language and none-dislexique. Easy test
- After the test and only if you succed, a video conference with one or two peoples to get more about you and your ability to become T.A.
