The individual was very through and honest about the positives and the drawbacks of the position. Then panel interview with district level management. Largely general, at this point the decision is already made, its the hiring manager's job to sell you to higher level management, obviously you'll have a interest in how this goes. Many weeks later received offer, no word in the interveening weeks as to whether I was hired or not. Most hiring is done seasonally, end of summer promotions, late winter new hires for part time continues into late spring, college summer break. Interview process compressed and often sloppy late May to early October, expect quick hiring in that time of year.

Quick and easy interview process that diluted to a simple conversation about the resume I had brought in. No different from any other interview process and nothing too specific.
