They are not interested in your experience in retail or your work ethic. They only care that you are "KIND" to everyone, customers and other workers. One unkind word and they can you.
In addition, they are unbelievable slow in making their decision, setting up interviews, etc. No consideration for the applicant whatsoever.

Interview
Phone call interview with a supervisor where they describe their company’s message and ask questions about your experience and personality to see if you are a good fit. They will let you know when they will call you back whether or not you get the job!
Picked up an application after enjoying my visit to the shop. Got called back about a week later for an interview. Very amiable interview—like chatting with an old friend. Interviewer was empathetic and understanding—made me feel at ease be being welcoming and nonjudgemental. All my questions were answered thoroughly.
