Robot interview system is something new which seemed to be pre-interview. I felt like it was unfamiliar to me. Unlike the in person interview, I got more pressure, and difficult to manage to be in the time frame they given.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at People in Need Foundation
Interview
1st step: answering questions in a front of your camera (ex: what is a logframe? testing your language skills...)
2nd stp: a 3 hour written test
3rd step: interview HR + Desk Officer
4th step: interview with supervisors (technical questions)
