I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PeopleShare (New York, NY) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online and got a call from the recruiter hiring for the position. I had 5 interviews for the whole interview process. One phone interview with the main recruiter, one on video answering 3 questions, one with the branch manager of the branch I was interviewing for, one with another branch manager of another branch an hour away, and then drove 2 1/2 hours to interview with the founder of the company. I thought I did very well in all of the interviews except for the one with the founder. He asked such rhetorical questions that I left the interview feeling pretty worthless. He belittled me to the point where I didn't want to take the job even if it was offered to me. Who would want to work with someone so negative like he was? After the last interview, I followed up with the initial recruiter via email a few days after the last interview. The recruiter never even sent me an email back. I thought that was very unprofessional for a company to do that. I see the same job post posted quite frequently now, but it's worded differently every single time the job posts again. I came to the conclusion I wouldn't waste my time.
The interview process was several steps, everyone was easy to talk to and informative. The talent acquisition team walks you through the whole process. The interviews were all very conversational.
Interviews were easy. I had two, short preliminary phone calls then a longer, more formal video interview. All were straightforward but after all of that, they ghosted me; very unprofessional

Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews before being offered the position. One with a recruiter, one with corporate and a final one with the branch manager. All were average, with typical questions that were not anything out of the ordinary.
