Initial process from recruiter, strong. In person interview with hiring manager was not good. I didn't feel as if I was a good match based on the who I would be reporting to. The company seems solid.

Pretty sketchy process. Headhunter reached out. Promised the world and 150k. Get ready to role play with the owner because they love it. Also memorize your 30 slide power point you will never use.
