Pepper Money interview questions

Initially spoke to the TA who was lovely. Came in for my first interview, they were asking the usual questions and said they wanted to move fast. Had my second interview just over a week later, they said they won’t know for about a week for a third interview as the HR manager was going overseas. I was okay with that- a week later (3 weeks after initial interview) had a call from the TA to say there is no update just yet and they are still setting up 1st interviews? This to me was a shock- a complete waste of time to be honest to be told first interviews were still being conducted 3 weeks after my first one. I withdrew my application.
