Very Generic and they don't tell you there are multiple stages. Two interviews that were essentially the same thing, Pointless, stock questions that were incredibly subjective. This was especially annoying as I had to travel a long way to get to the site with no compensation. The worst was that they had obviously already picked someone and for some reason started stalling me for a few days with literally no explanation until the other candidate presumably accepted their offer. I don't know if this is common practice from employers but the wait is already tiring enough without this tactic. They also changed the interview date on me twice although I was given a weeks notice I had already paid for more tickets. My advice to people is ask how many stages there are in the interview process. They will drag you in over and over for seemingly no reason.
