It was a long and thorough process. They look at company fit and core values strongly. Much more than just job skills. You will meet with the owner of the company and be prepared to do some homework for them

Interview
PermaTherm has a very thorough interview process that starts with telephone interviews, progresses with in person interviews with key staff members, then ends with a group interview. They left no stone unturned and the process took longer than most, but I appreciated the feedback provided along the journey.
