Permian Resources interview questions

First, phone screener with hiring manager. Next step is in-person (HR arranged travel). In-person consisted of four 30-minute panel interviews with 2 to 4 people: first was management, then peers from each of the two assets, then technicians/support staff last. Didn't hear anything for 6 weeks - had to reach out to hiring manager twice for response.
