Quick screening call with recruiter, then another 30 minute interview with the CTO. Asked general questions about my experience relating to the job, and gave me some time to ask questions about the company.

Odd interview process. After applying, I got a rejection template email. I gave a short response back, thanking them for letting me know.
I received a quick response back from HR person saying that they had mistakenly moved my application to the rejection pile while trying to move it to the interview pile.
If I had never followed up, I don't think he would have corrected his mistake...
The portfolio review step was standard. The odd part was the final interview step, the panel interview.
I met with several people from different departments. Most everyone was wonderful to speak to. The odd part was the whiteboard exercise. The two interviewers kept interrupting and talking over me the entire time. I hardly had time to think.

Interview
Onsite interview - seemed like a one and done process. They teach you about how the sales process is done and what the product is that they are selling. The first guy you speak with is more casual and the owner asks more hard hitting questions.
