PestBear interview questions

Sat down with interviewer and they said I was perfect for the job. Then they pulled a bait and switch and offered me a tech job while promising me to get promoted to service manager. The position I applied for pays 70k the tech job pays 50k and service manager pays 60k. I currently make 52k and work 4 days a week. They want me to work 5 days a week plus 1 or 2 Saturdays a month.
