For anyone looking to interview with this company be prepared to jump through many hoops that are quite extensive. It does seem they have a high turn over rate and they do not care if you have experience in this field or not ( Sorry but I think hiring someone who has never worked a day with pets and then trusting them with my fur baby would be a huge red flag). Be prepared for a MONTH of interviewing from jumping through messages, assignments and then to do a panel interview where you have to do a presentation. Truly feel I wasted a month to then be told that they had "great candidates that they were passing through each round" I am sorry but if you make someone do a presentation you would think it would be down to a final two.
