The interview process included 2 phone screens (1 by a recruiter and the other by a current HR Director), a video interview with 2 members of HR, a 2-day interview trip to Portland, OR and a 2-day interview trip to San Leandro. All of the interviews totaled 18 interviewers and 40 MHrs.
