Recruiter reached out to me as a potential candidate. Phone interview by recruiter, video interview by manager, then on-site interview with various managers. They provided some general info on the position with most details being discussed in the on-site interview, but they didn't allow touring of the work area. The information about compensation was misleading, as I was told they weren't willing to pay a competitive rate for a qualified candidate with my experience as it was an entry level position. They said I would be able to work up to a higher position every couple years. I was told by the recruiter that moving expenses would be reimbursed, but in the on-site interview they said that only a small portion would be covered. I was up front about my situation and experience. The interview went well, but they ended up not going forward with what would have been a low offer.
