There’s a series of interviews prospective candidates will take where they meet with the HR manager to learn more about the company, the role, and how you’d be a great asset to the growing company. After meeting with HR, the company connects you to one of the project managers to gain insight on what the day-to-day looks like for the executive recruiter at PLR.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Tell me about yourself?
2. What stood out to you about the executive recruiter role?
3. Are you comfortable with high-volume cold calling?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at PharmaLogics Recruiting (Rome) in Feb 2022
Interview
Disappointing Experience when it comes to (not) having an interview.
The recruiter from this company approached me after my application for this role in Rome (but remotely) and we scheduled a meeting after a few days.
The recruiter hasn't sent any invite (it's ok) however right before the interview (20 minutes) I've been asked direct message if I have a certain requirement. I said no asked if it was mandatory to proceed.
The recruiter said yes and the interview has been cancelled straight away. I took time off for taking part in that since I am currently working on-site. I've wasted 2 hours plus all the time to get ready for nothing.
If it was a mandatory requirement to proceed (and I haven't faked anything in my cv and cover letter) there was no point in scheduling the interview at all.
I will never approach this company again

Interview
It was overall a fair process, although a bit long. At the time I interviewed, I met with 4 people and shadowed a recruiter. It was great to see what the job would actually be like and helped me make my decision.
