Interview
The process starts with a video call and if that goes well it continues with on premise interview with a use case about data warehousing.
The video call went well for me and I got excited about the use case that was not really about ETL process but more about how to integrate data.
The on premise interview was okay. However, a few things that were really but was communication with the head engineer. First of all I think that his English was inadequate in order to express what he wanted to ask. There were some hand gestures and questions that were on the limit of offensive. I really did not appreciate this behavior, especially when I put much effort and time to the use case .
Every other person was polite and professional except this one. And it was a job about communication and collaboration.
