Pharmacare interview questions

I had an initial phone interview with an administrative person in CO. She was very nice and asked typical interview questions; I then had a phone interview with the store manager who was also very sweet. Following this, I had an in-store interview with the assistant manager who seemed very easy going.

No need to prepare. There is no substance to operational or functional matters. PharmacaraHawaii is concerned with you behavior only. They have not terminated any employee during the past 14 years....per HR. This was a huge RED FLAG. Their process is extremely elementary. HR conducts the initial screening followed by an "interview" with the new Financial Administrator. They have no experience related to the discipline. They ask for employment history and references although your last employer is solely contacted.
