The interview was conducted by both hiring managers and the director. They were all very professional and pleasant and asked good, thought provoking questions. Very comfortable setting and they were well prepared.

They reached out to me stating that they had my resume on file from another application and that they would like to learn more about my experience for an upcoming opportunity with Pharmasave via a phone interview. I replied within 30 minutes giving my earliest availability. I never got a reply, so over the following weeks I followed up several times via email and even resorted to phone calls directly to who emailed me (as a last resort). I left voicemails after each of my 3 calls was not picked up. Ultimately, I never heard back over the course of a month and a half. I understand that things can change internally, things fall through the cracks, priorities can shift, life happens — But to reach out to someone inviting them for an interview and then completely ghosting them after said invite is quite rude and inconsiderate of their time and energy. At the very least, reply saying the position is no longer available.
