Interview
It's a standard interview. It's not too difficult. If you prep, you'll do well. I did 1 interview with the CEO. He seemed friendly. He asked standard questions, like why did you choose to apply.
Interview was conducted with the COO since small startup - was very laid back and conversational. I was told that they would follow up with a decision, regardless of offer, but never heard back.
