Phillips Lytle interview questions

Two interviews over a several week period. The first interviewer forgot to ask basic questions during the interview. This led to a followup with HR two weeks later. However, company did not specify the purpose of the second interview.

Screening interview followed by quick 15 min callback via phone. The HR Manager had predetermined that I was not going to receive an offer and basically went through a quick call as a formality.
