Job posting was also misleading. The technical skills the interviewer wanted was different from what was listed in the job posting.

Quite lengthy. Call with HR Person, two take home tests (one coding challenge, one general reasoning/numerical test) followed by an interview discussing solution to coding test. Coding challenge was writing a frontend in react from scratch for a provided backend API.

Numberical & reasoning test had lots of fairly simple percentage questions and information processing questions

Technical challenging is a bit too time consuming for which I took a day.
Declined because of various reasons.
