Filled out application, called in for an interview with a teacher, called in for a working interview and interview with assistant director, Went in for physical and drug test, offered position.

Was called in for an interview where I answered some basic questions about experience then shadowed the classroom I was applying for. Basically was asked if I would be willing to change diapers and stuff like that. Was almost as if they were convincing me to take/want the job more than me trying to sell myself
