Im pretty sure the first-round interview was conducted entirely by AI. I quickly realized the company isn’t quite what they present themselves to be — having initial screening calls handled by AI creates a really poor candidate experience and feels impersonal from the start.

The first-round interview was AI-generated and consisted of very basic, generic questions like “Why do you want to work here?” and “Beyond your resume, why do you think you’re a good fit?” It felt impersonal and didn’t reflect a thoughtful or engaging candidate experience

They have a 4 interview process. AI for the first interview then a recruiter who seemed to run the show and not care about much about my interview. He seemed distracted during the interview.
