Asked for an on-site interview and I changed to a phone call first which was a nightmare. The HMs were trying to get important information from the conversation since they focused on the numbers rather than what I could do. I handed up the call.

Presentation first, then you will be asked some questions. After the presentation, there is a Lab session. People want me to align something in the real lab. The whole process takes around 3-4 hours.
