Physician Partners interview questions

I applied back before they had recruiters. The experience is much different now. All reviews over a year ago are completely inaccurate from where the company is now. You will need to come in multiple times now. Dont come in expecting to be hired on the spot. We are selective and its because we want a culture of overachievers and people willing to go out of their comfort zone.

Hiring process is lengthy. I have had two interviews for the course of 3 weeks. 1 lasted about 40 minutes the other around 1 1/2 and pending a 3rd interview. Overall, I have enjoyed the interview process and the Medical Director and Managers, seem genuine.
