Interview
Interesting given the current COVID situation but it couldn't have gone more swimmingly!
A very easy process to apply initially. The recruiter will respond quickly asking for a motivation letter, which is then followed by an online test. As the results come back immediately, if you make the cut you'll be invited to the phone interview.
If that is all good, you will have 2 follow up interviews with current ops managers, who will ask you behavioural interviews with a short case interview. If you pass that, then there will be a longer case interview where you present to more Picnic colleagues with analytical and thought provoking questions, with one on one with the FC lead.
Finally due to not being able to attend in person, there will be last round with the COO and the founder. These are more behavioural questions, but they are very much interested in getting to know you, if you will enjoy working at Picnic as much as if Picnic is the right place for you.
I can't stress enough how delightful and great the process has been from start to finish. They accommodated me every step of the way, with transparent communication and great feedback.

First you take a SHL test, which is designed mainly for graduate but it will be requested to professionals as well. If the test is succesful, you get a videocall.
If succesful you get to the next level. Unfortunately, after the videocall, I was not selected for next steps.
