Unprofessional. The district manager that spoke with me was desperate to fill the position. Called and asked me to meet her same day and offered job on spot. I accepted thinking I was getting into a new up and coming company, but it is not what it seemed.

It is so easy to get hired and hire someone. The company does not care about your experience. To you, you are just another number and can be passed over or replaced anytime.
The questions asked on the interview may be very specific or very vague depending on the position you are inquiring about. Training process is very poor, please go into this place with some knowledge because you will be lost.
