I filled out a form online that included some questions about non-job-related things. "What was the last book you read" "what is your favorite technology gadget that you own" - things like that. They emailed back pretty quickly and said that most of the interview spots were filled, but that they'd like to talk to me on the phone. I spoke with them a few days later on the phone. After the call, they emailed and offered me and in person interview. I interviewed in person at a hotel. They were super nice, and it was a very pleasant experience. They all seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. I was impressed by how much they stayed in touch throughout the process.
