After submitting my resume, I was emailed an employee survey to complete. The survey covered work atmosphere related questions, like "In scenario X, what would you be most likely to do?" Everything was really straightforward. The interview took place in the Corporate Office, during which I was interviewed by the VP of Operations, HR, and the owner. Questions asker were straightforward.
