Pinnacle Promotions (UK) interview questions

Started off as a one to one interview with the usual interview questions, about a couple of hours later I received a phone call to attend the next stage. The next stage I found very difficult! It was a group interview kind of thing consisting of 10 people, however we were then split into a further group of 3. This was a 'training' day however they asked you to answer very complex questions! I remember it was a very hot day and we were out observing the marketing of Talk Talk's products from 10am - 5.30pm... We then returned to the office after being out in the field and had a little questionnaire to fill out to see how much of the values and rules we remembered, we then had another further one to one interview with the owner of the business!! At the end of the day the boss told me I had got the job and that I started the following week.
