Interview with HR to review resume. Followed up with a "technical interview" that consisted of installing a web browser and several other one click software installs onto an employees "brand new" laptop. Employee was actually dual booting a windows VM on his mac book with half of this software already installed on his computer and his login details already pre-filled. There was nothing technical at all about this process and was a waste of everyone's time.
