Recruiter was very good with initial contact and quick to setup a day/time to do a face to face interview. After meeting with the recruiter, I was taken (the same day) to meet with a C level staff member. Interview questions were standard. It helps you if you have done your homework and researched this bank outside the typical "about" page on there website.
