Piper Companies interview questions

After giving my availability when I was first contacted to schedule a phone call, I received no response. I followed up and was asked for my availability again, so I responded that I can make myself available any time the rest of the week. Again, I received no response, nothing was scheduled. I followed up a second time proposing a specific time, and still no response and have been completely ghosted since.

Process was very prompt and steps were very clear. First round was conversational about my background and experience as well as setting expectations for the position. Second round was more in-depth questions about past metrics and knowledge of IT positions.
