It is basically just a conversation with the head of the department. They show you around and tell you about what the job requires. If you are a good student you will most likely get the job.

Interview
Received a phone call asking if I could come in. I had recently graduated from the College of Business here and my graduate advisor recommended me for the position. The interview was more for show, at least it appeared to be. Laid back, basic questions that were more about getting to know me.
