The interview process was smooth and based on three steps. The first one is a general question process where you meet other candidates, if you pass there is a second interview one-to-one with a manager. The third step is just a phone call, where they tell if they accepted you!

Interview
I interviewed for the Event Coordinator position at Pivot Marketing in Miami, FL. It was a group interview that was maybe 15 minutes, a second interview that was about 30 minutes and there was a questionnaire after that second interview. The next day I received a call with a job offer. However, upon accepting the position, the job is not what I applied for. It's fundraising essentially and you go door to door trying to get people to donate to non-profits or you're standing outside stopping people on the streets. I wish the company would've been more forth coming about the position.
