Interview
Quick interview with the Production Manager in Orange County. Took about 30 minutes . The manager got back to me within a week to offer me the position. I trained the following week and started my shifts that weekend.
The interview process was super easy and very casual! Never felt like I was under a microscope. Such a lovely experience. I also really liked how they made it personable and less like they were reading from a script.
