30 minute phone call and then 3-4 hour interview with panel then 1:1 with each member of the panel.
Everyone was super nice but...
I found it weird they wanted to interview me for 3-4 hours when the job listing said this was for a entry/mid level position. When I arrived and started to interview, they acted as though I could solve all their design problems and from the sounds of it they needed someone more senior. I was asked to present a powerpoint of a project of my choosing then have a 1:1 with the panel members. I was kind of let down since I was under the impression they had a design team and found out they only had one ui designer and pretty much no design team. They gave me a whiteboard test and asked me to solve a communications problem they have been struggling to show. I personally like to research my content and so I think I failed right away when I gave an idea the guy didn't care for, he escorted me out. If I could give them any advice I would recommend making sure your job descriptions accurately describe what you are looking for.
