I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Plan B (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
There was one phone interview and then a zoom interview. Both were pretty easy and very casual. They asked me questions like "Tell me about yourself?" and "Why Plan B?"

Question 1
One question that they asked was "Tell me about yourself?"
I applied online. I interviewed at Plan B (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2018
Interview
I was emailed by someone at the agency after submitting my application. They wanted me to come into the office so that I could "meet the team." This did not seem like a formal interview and I figured I was a strong candidate for the job because they mentioned that my application, portfolio and resume were very strong compared to others. Went in to meet with them and had a 20 minute interview with two higher ups where I basically explained my portfolio. Said they would get back to me the next week, and I have yet (two months later) to receive a follow up, although I do know they hired someone because it was posted on their social media. Radio silence after they made it seem like I had the job? Very unprofessional.

Question 1
Quite unstructured, they really just wanted to seem to get to know me as a person. It was actually a very low stress friendly environment.
