One phone call and one on-site. Phone call went over engineering concepts. More interested in thought process than having absolute mastery of minor details but the more in depth you can go, the better. Primarly java based questions. Onsite was a series of discussions on work history with team and manager and some executives. Frankly, this was the most well done interview I've ever had.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Planalytics (Berwyn, PA)
Interview
Very structured and thorough process. You are interviewed by multiple stakeholders within the organization and they have game planned what each individual is going to do. It will feel like a marathon but that is partly by design.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Planalytics (Berwyn, PA) in Dec 2015
Interview
After the initial phone screen, attended 4 individual interviews back-to-back in one day. Met with VP HR, VP Sales, President, VP Client Services, and the CEO. The VP Sales then walked me through the office to meet their lawyer and to see where the meteorologists, IT, and CSM teams sit. After this meeting, I was sent personality and IQ test links and a credit report was conducted.
