Interview
It was a brief interview at the location were job was. The interview started with the hourly pay rate and the explanation that there was no overtime allowed. The interview then stated the work duties that were involved. Given a tour of work site. There was a lot of paperwork to sign.

Question 1
If I had any plant knowledge and if I could work in all weather conditions. If a holiday fell during the week, I would be required to work it for straight pay.
The interview process was really easy. They just asked a few simple questions. There was no pressure at all and it seemed the questions were only a formality. The majority of them focused on whether I would be physically able to perform the daily tasks of the position.
