Spoke with Eng Director, completed 5 online quizzes on triplebyte, technical presentation of a solution I designed for a prior project to an eng team of 3+ people, interview with lead engineer, another 2 interviews with the Eng director discussing culture/scaling a startup experiences and managing team processes & devops. There were aspersions of 2+ more interviews to talk to clients and the CTO, but the company ghosted. The Eng Dir was also persistently behind interview schedule.
