I've applied for the position early January, then they reached back to me in June for a phone interview. The phone interview was very short and simple, more about getting to know me and seeing if I'm interested. I then heard back two weeks after regarding an in person interview. I've met with 4 employees along with the Creative Director. The interviews were straight forward. I believe I nailed it, specially with my experience and talent. Now here's the negative aspect of this whole thing. I walked out being told I should be hearing back from them within a week. Over a month I still didn't hear back I then decided to finally email them to see if they've made a decision. Week later I've received a "sorry we've moved on with another candidate email". I can understand how these things work. Though, I dedicated my time and effort to fly out there from a different region, the least you can do is not keep me on hold for such a long time, and reply to my email so that I know I'm no longer part of the system. Everyone I've met with were nice and friendly, the process of communication was extremely negative. Please change the habit in the future and not waste anyone's time.
