Playbook interview questions

I had a really positive interview experience. I met with four different team members throughout the process, which gave me a strong sense of the role and the team dynamic. I was also asked to put together and present a slide deck, which I really enjoyed. It felt like a more real way to show how I think and work, rather than just answering questions. Overall, the process felt intentional, welcoming, and very human. It’s clear the team cares about the candidate experience and finding the right fit for the role.

The interview process was very succinct, thoughtful, and well organized. The HR and hiring team were extremely communicative and timely throughout, and I never felt out of the loop regarding timelines or next steps. The process included an initial screening with the HR team, a work sample, a work sample review with operations leadership, and an in-person interview with the building team. While I was not initially selected for the role, the HR team stayed in touch, provided clear and honest feedback, and kept me informed as things evolved. When a new opportunity opened up, they reached back out and re-engaged me in the process. I’m very grateful for the transparency, care, and professionalism shown at every stage. The feedback was thoughtful and constructive, and the overall experience felt human, respectful, and aligned with the company’s values.
