I applied online. I interviewed at Playdemic (Wilmslow, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
I was brought into the studio greeted by Anna, and asked to sign an NDA as is standard for roles within the gaming industry.
The office space is one giant open plan office with a couple of private rooms off to one side for meetings etc.
I was early so after around 10-15 minutes wait I was taken into one of the meetings rooms where I was interviewed by Chris Cox (my 'to be' manager) and Gareth Jones (COO)
Both of them were friendly and welcoming from the getgo, and while interviews are always professional to an extent I felt really at ease during this one. It felt very relaxed.
It went a lot quicker than I expected it would and in only a couple of days was invited for a trial day.

Question 1
You get the usual, what can you bring to Playdemic, why do you want to work here, have you played any of our games etc but the most memorable question was 'what's your favourite game?'
