Player Research interview questions

Called me up very pleasant conversation about what video games when was the last time i played a specific genre and what are my favourite games on that genre. Then asked me some extra questions depending on the test

I had an initial call with the CEO to discuss the role and intro myself. Was brief but felt it went ok. I was told on that call that I would be made aware of next steps within a couple of weeks. After 1.5 weeks, I still had not heard anything back. I emailed through to the CEO and asked if I had been selected. No response. I emailed again the following week. No response however I received his OOO which included a shared inbox for applications. I emailed through on this adrees in the hope that I would get a yay or nay re next steps. Nada! Very disappointing experience overall. Not getting back to candidates who have taken to time to meet with you is already an alarm bell of how things are done inhouse. A quick thanks but no thanks email only takes a minute.
