I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Playworks (Boston, MA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Its unlike any interview I have had before! First there is a sit down interview to go over your resume and all that good stuff. None of the questions are out of the ordinary. It was super comfortable and the people who work here are very very kind. Next step is the group game interview. You have to come prepared with a game to teach. They are looking at your group management skills and how clearly you explain your rules. I would suggest checking out the Playworks website for resources. They leave it open for teachers/coaches etc to learn some tips and tricks.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What experience do you have working with children?
Very detailed yet patient. Typical interview questions. Went to a school to engage in a recess then we sat down in the school cafeteria to interview. Casual and fun! Two people interviewed me who were both program managers.
