This employer found me on career builder and scheduled an interview with me that same week. He was very flexible about me changing the time for the interview. The interview was mostly basic questions, about your personality and customer service. Some of the questions were: 1) Are you more comfortable with phone or face to face sales? 2) What duties did you perform at your previous job? 3) Describe some sales experience. 4) How well can you deal with rejection? Then he sends you for another interview with the financial director, he tells you more about the job and asks if competitive sales is for you.
