Pleio interview questions

Very chaotic phone interview. The interviewer asked few questions, but interrupted my responses to talk about off subject topics. I had to refocus the conversation many times. I think they were testing my ability to focus on a certain topic. Not sure. Looking back, the interview was a sign of things to come.

It was a virtual interview that was held via Microsoft Teams. The interviewer was very friendly and explained the position and how it’s structured like a 1099 position. He asked me general questions about my experience and then told me they had a waiting list, but would add me to it.
